  We will observe all areas our client want cleaned. We provide you with our recomindations on how to best treat your carpets and always provide the exact cost of those services the cleint chooses before starting any work.
• We will move all light furnitures, such as sofa, loveseat, chairs, coffee table, side table, night stands, etc our clients request.
• We will pre vacuum you carpets with a powerful industrial extractor. This removes the loose soil, grit, and gravel that your regular vacuum cleaner cannot get out. (This is also a step most other companies avoid, however it removes over 93% of the soil.)
• We will then do any pre-spotting necessary.
• We will clean your carpets with our sophisticated shower feed machine that allow us to control the amount of solution to prevent over saturation. This loosens any additional soil and holds it in suspension until it is removed by our industrial wet/dry extractor.
• We will then do any post spotting necessary, we will spend as much time needed on stubborn stains.
• We will then apply and industrial strength disinfectant and deodorizer, which eliminated household odors, caused by bacteria growth.
• We will then apply a fabric protection that helps keep your carpet cleaner longer.
• We will replace all your furniture with carpet protectors to prevent rust or furniture stains.
