We then scrub by hand or machine the carpet as needed
We allow dwell time (in our profession this step is often over looked) .
We then begin the hot water extraction process.
Our Prochem ™ truck mount or power plant is powered by a 4 cylinder Nissin car engine that gives our certified technician all the control needed over the hot water, water pressure and suction to do the best job possible.
We then inform the customer of the following:
Safety beware of “slip, trip & fall hazards” due to wet carpet, such as walking from the damp carpet to tile.
That there is a 2 to 5 hour dry time needed. That the drying process is faster given air flow and if necessary we can provide an air mover to accelerate this (a service fee is added)
If furniture is brought back in we provide protective plastic squares to avoid stains from the bottom of the furniture legs (metal pegs or wood stain etc).

Scheduling is more important with landscaping then other services Nation's provides due to the volume of some of the equipment used.
Experienced landscapers will (as scheduled) provide these desired results armed with professional tools to do the job right.
